About US

Coran Lill

Coran brings more than 20 years’ experience in corporate affairs, investor communications, law, marketing and human resources. He has particular expertise in financial and transaction communications, company positioning and narrative development, internal and change communications, and in anticipating and managing reputation issues.

He started his career as an employment lawyer and commercial litigator before moving into business journalism and strategic communications roles. In executive positions spanning corporate affairs, marketing and human resources he has worked for and with businesses in Australasia, North America, the United Kingdom, Europe, Asia and South Africa.

Coran has degrees in law and arts from Victoria University of Wellington, a graduate diploma in journalism from the Auckland University of Technology and a diploma of investor relations from the Australasian Investor Relations Association. He is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a member of the Australasian Investor Relations Association.
